• To stick to GDPR I want cookies only to be placed when visitor wants to (actively!).

    How can I achieve this with icegram?

    @1manfactory ,

    We are working on GDPR in Icegram. We will let you know once we go live with it.

    Hello!
    Any news about this?
    It´s not very important to me to know how to achieve the loading of the cookies.. But more important to have answers to some questions related with GDPR.

    1) I guess Icegram does not use cookies to store prvate data isn´t it?If so please let us know
    2) I need to know what cookies do you use, the intent of them and the duration.

    Please let me know ASAP. Thanks!

    @dragonita,

    Thank you for writing in.
    Yes, Icegram will not store any private data of a user.
    Icegram only store cookies for Icegram message shown and clicked event.
    That too if you have enabled retargeting.
    In the Campaign edit > Display rule section you will get an option to enable cookies and there is an option to set time duration also.
    Hope this helps you.
