Hi Thomas… honestly I’m not sure to understand. The theme you used had PixGridder free inside? In that case you should ask the theme developer how they included it into the theme and how to remove it…
I don’t understand what you mean with: “When I go into “Edit Page” the PixGridder options are still shown and editable. But the actuall PixGridder doesn’t display. The page still shows all the content how it used to be set up. But I cannot edit the content with PixGridder activated.” Could you share a couple of screenshots please?
Manuel 🙂
Hello Manuel,
Thanks for the quick response. I am pretty new with WordPress, so excuse me please if I don’t make entirely sense. I bought the theme “infinite Pro” and with this “PixGridder” was a recommended Plugin and I installed it.
Now, if I have PixGridder deactivated, I am able to edit the content of my page in WordPress as usual. But once I activate PixGridder, the area where you edit the content disappears.
What is the best way to share a screenshot? I just uploaded it here: http://www.thomasbloch.com/pixgridder.jpg
Many thanks
Thomas
From the screenshot it seems there is a Javascript error… are you able to check your browser console and check what is this error, for instance, on Chrome: https://developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/console

Hi Manuel,
Not sure, but I think something went wrong with the entire installation of wordpress. I just installed the entire thing again. It works fine now!
By the way: The PixGridder is awesome! I really like it. Will give you a fivestar rating for it.
Thanks for the quick response again.
Thomas 🙂
Thank you in advance in this case 🙂
