# Pixel Server Events (CAPI)

* After installing this pixel plugin, I’m only seeing browser events but nothing
from the server. Does this plugin also serve CAPI events or do I need to install
another different plugin for the server events?
If so, kindly guide on which
plugin to use since most others cause deduplication issues. If not, kindly guide
on how to test the server events

* The plugin does support Conversion API events, yes. You should see these appear
automatically.
* To check the connection, go to [https://www.facebook.com/events_manager2/list/get_started](https://www.facebook.com/events_manager2/list/get_started)
* If you don’t see the connection there already, you can add it manually by using
the button on that page.

Thank
you for your response. I did remove all other third party plugins from my woocommerce
wordpress site and set the facebook pixel to work on its own. One week of test
and my pixel manager is generating errors that I am unable to solve:
* 1. Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for ViewCategory Event – How do
I sort this on the plugin when there’s no option to edit anything in there?
2. AddToCart Event missing some deduplication parameters – How do I sort this
on the plugin when there’s no option to edit anything in there? 3. You’ve received
xxx purchase events without prices in the last month – How do I set the currency
so that it is sent with the events? I have already set the base currency in Woocommerce
and I thought it should use that.

* This is a known bug that has been reported to the Facebook for WooCommerce developers.

before. Please check the thread for the recommended steps for getting around
this issue.

* As a next step, can. you please install the [Facebook Pixel Helper extension](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-pixel/support/pixel-helper/).
1. Visit any page with products, as that it should include the pixel.
Once you do that, follow steps 2 and 3 to get the Troubleshooting option:

Once you click that option, it should have a notice about your pixel
and how to resolve the issue.
If that doesn’t help, would you please enable
logging in Marketing > Facebook. Then repeat the steps to replicate the issue,
and then share the log from WooCommerce > Status > Logs for us to review.
Choose the Facebook log from the dropdown and click the “View” button to display
the log. Please note that the log may be in UTC/GMT time, so it may be offset
by a few hours.
Instead of pasting the log directly here, first paste
it to [Pastebin](https://pastebin.com/) or [Gist](https://gist.github.com/).
Then return to this thread and paste the link to that file here.
If the
site has a lot of traffic, the log can grow quickly, so it’s a good idea to turn
off the Facebook logging once there is sufficient data within the logs.
