Pixel question…

    Hi! I am struggling to figure out the pixel sizes for the images on my website. I am a photographer, so it is so important for the images to look right. My website is http://www.jessicadaviesphotography.com, and I am specifically wondering what the pixel width and height should be on the slider on my main page (I feel like I am always adjusting and re-adjusting until I find something that looks okay) and also, the pixel width in my blog (the right hand side keeps getting cut off). I would really appreciate some help! TIA

    Encase no one comes along that can answer this well, the thing you wan’t to search is image optimisation. But realise that choosing the pixel size and DPI of your image in your media folder is different then choosing the pixel size on the screen. The first is about balancing quality with load speed, and the second is entirely just about layout.

    I have some lack of knowledge in the area though and am afraid to say more.

    Someone please add to this.
