That usually indicates your server doesn’t have the function needed for full functionality in free mode. See https://docs.ewww.io/article/29-what-is-exec-and-why-do-i-need-it
Short version, the plugin can only compress JPG images without the “exec” function. You’d need a paid plan to do more.

Thanks for the answer but all my sites are on the same server (WPX hosting). It works on 1 of 3 sites.
Edit: Found the way to enable exec, thanks!

Are they all running the same PHP version? It’s possible WPX has different configs for the various versions (one without exec enabled, and the others with exec disabled).
If you could post the debug information from the support tab on the non-working sites, I’ll double-check the root problem (you can use pastebin.com or something similar).

I guess my edit was made while you were posting a response, managed to get the exec enabled, it was in server settings, one-click really. Thanks!
