Pixel not registerting Conversions

My Facebook Pixel/ cAPI doesn’t seem to be tracking any transactions since 27 July 2021 even though we had 3 transactions since then.

I’m sorry to hear that!
Can you help verify that the Pixel is working at and look for any errors? Please install this Chrome extension created by Facebook to check whether your Facebook pixel is working properly.
If you don’t see any pixels reported on your site, could you make sure you are connected in your Marketing → Facebook area of your WP Dashboard. If not, please reconnect and re-check Pixel Helper. If the pixel reports to be working, try placing a test order and monitoring for the purchase event in Facebook.
If that doesn’t help, please let us know what happened and what Pixel Helper said, and please include a copy of your site’s System Status – You can find it via WooCommerce → Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I went over all of these steps and everything seems to be working fine. The extension shows the pixel is working and the purchase event is correctly triggered and I made sure I am connected under the Marketing section of the WP dashboard as well.

I see you have 2 other pixel plugins active besides the Facebook for WooCommerce pixel. The pixels are:
- Snapchat Pixel for WooCommerce: by Snapchat – 1.0.0
- Snap Pixel: by Hassan Ali – 1.5.4
It is possible that a conflict is happening somewhere on your site between the 3 pixel plugins. Was this working before and just stopped or it never worked?
Are you able to conflict test this by having only the Facebook for WooCommerce pixel active and test a transaction, then share your findings?

@battouly Thank you for your remarks. I don’t think that’s it because it’s always been that way and the order confirmation page (dawratrichter.com/success) does not have any other pixels installed. Is there another factor that might be causing this issue?
Anyway, I removed the snap pixel to test this theory and will keep you updated.

I tried to test the pixel on your site using Facebook’s Chrome extension and was able to see it firing up until clicking on checkout when the page was not found. It looks like your site is down now, perhaps you are working on making changes to the site. I see:
If you are seeing this page, it is because there is no website installed on this domain yet.
Try keeping the Chrome extension running, then test the check out on your website once the site is back up.

@darciemg Thank you for updating me. I apologize for any inconvenience you faced if you found that the website is down. It’s now back up and running.
As for the pixel, it will not be installed beyond the checkout page because we partner with a third party to provide us a payment gateway. However, you can find it in the thank you page (dawratrichter.com/success) and I can now see that the event has been registering again for the past couple of days.

I really don’t see a specific reason that could have triggered this issue.
Considering that it was working before, I would say that it was probably related to a conflict.
My recommendation would be to try looking back at all the changes that you had on your site right before the issue started happening. Was it after adding a specific plugin, theme, or even after specific updates?
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
