I did everything accordingly to the video, so quite strange.
I believe that the issue may be due to the fact that I have to feed for the same catalogue actually.
I have:
– CTX, with the setting already shared
– Facebook for Wocommerce (as App feed)
The problem I’m not able to remove the App feed, as even if I deactivate from WordPress, the catalog it’s still there on my Facebook Business Suite..
Could be this the issue?

We have released a new update regarding facebook pixel integration. Kindly update CTX Feed plugin to 4.4.27.
