Pixel ID is missing

Hi, for many months there is a problem with a pixel that is integrated with Woocommerce. The pixel works properly, counts the conversion, but every few days it disappears completely, as if it had been unplugged. The API was implemented yesterday, however, I would like to ask for your support in solving the problem.

Hi,

I am using the Pixel Helper extension And can see one pixel found on your site.

Can you navigate under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs to see if the logs are displaying any related error message?

That might provide us more information.

Thank you for the quick reply! My wordpress is in Polish, so I don’t know if I’m looking in the right place: /home/919580.cloudwaysapps.com/jhbcdxtmwu/public_html/wp-content/uploads/wc-logs/ I don’t see any error here. The pixel disappears and reappears at different times of the day, now I see that everything is fine but I would like to know what causes it to disappear.

The logs Igor was referring to can be located in WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

In addition to the points mentioned earlier, I noticed that you have the GTM4WP plugin active. This plugin also features a pixel integration, which could potentially cause conflicts, therefore I suggest disabling it to make sure that’s not the case.

Also, your theme has some outdated templates so please try switching the Storefront theme temporarily.
