Pixel Caffeine only find 1st pixel of 3 in FB Business Acount

    I have a facebook business account with 3 pixels. When I go to connect FB Pixel Caffeine only sees the 1st of my 3 pixels. I know I can manually enter the pixel but I don’t want to lose functionality. Thank you.

    Hi,

    I’m sorry, unfortunately I couldn’t replicate this issue and I didn’t discovered why you are facing into this issue yet.

    I come back to you as soon as I will be able to find a solution.
    If you can provide more info about your business account is configured and provide useful info to help me to understand why the Facebook API isn’t be able to retrieve the pixel for you, I will appreciate it and I’ll try to make a fix for this 🙂

    Hi there

    If I’ve understood the problem you’re all having, then it’s the same as I had… but I cracked it!

    Basically you just associate the pixel with the ad account via FB business settings. I’ve done a video explaining how to do it. (Hopefully it will work for you too.)
