  • Hi fotomagia,

I’m sorry but we really need more information in order to help you. Can you provide a link to your site, tell us what theme and/or plugins you are using. Please also tell us what you are trying to do on your site.

Iám using Atahualpa theme, wp-piwik plugin.
    This plugin tells me next:
If your template uses wp_footer(), WP-Piwik can automatically add the Piwik javascript code to your blog.
BUT my footer page looks like footer.php and NOT wp_footer.php
    How to resolve it?

    Hi fotomagia,

wp_footer is not a file name, it’s an action:

Do you have a running Piwik installation independent of your WordPress site?

Did you follow the steps below after installing the plugin:

    1. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
    2. Open the new ‘Settings/WP-Piwik Settings’ menu, enter your Piwik base URL and your auth token. Save settings.
    3. If you have view access to multiple site stats, choose your blog and save settings again.
    4. Look at ‘Dashboard/WP-Piwik’ to get your site stats.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi ChristiNi!
    I noticed next.
I have this error. When I something save inside of my account on blog, after this I can’t see any changes on blog, I mean your SEO Doctor can’t see this changes. But if I will log OUT from my account then these changes are shown well
Could you advise me what problem? How I can correct this and will see these changes without Logling OUT from account? CTRL F5 and F5 not working

    Hi fotomagia,

This really sounds like a whole new issue that might be better placed in a new thread. I’m not familiar with the “SEO Doctor” that you made reference to. Is this a plugin you are using? Also, do you have any caching plugins installed? Are you seeing any errors on your site? What type of changes are you saving? Have you tried disabling plugins and switching to the default theme to see if this issue might be related to a plugin or your theme?

    Hi Cristini!
I do not use any caching plugins in Firefox browser.
I make changes for example, insert Piwik code of statistic. Wneh I inside of my WP account this code I can’t see after CTRL U, but when I loged out I can see this code.
I tried to change theme to default and this problem not disappeared.
I made these operations in Opera browser and found the same problems. I suppose this problem not in browsers.
Now Iám using 11 plugins only. If it will be useful for resolving this problem I can write a list of these plugins.

    Hi fotomagia,

I’m sorry if there was any confusion. A caching plugin would be installed in your WordPress dashboard, not your browser.

CTRL U is for underlining text, is that what you’re trying to do? If so, I’m sorry, but I’m a bit confused. Why would you need to underline your Piwik tracking code? That code is not intended to show up on your page, it’s simply for tracking purposes so you can see your Piwik statistics within your WordPress dashboard.

Once again, I apologize for any confusion, a list of plugins wouldn’t be necessary at this time.

    Hope this helps!
