Pitiful customer service and PRO version guarantees not respected

There’s nothing wrong with the Plugin itself, but the customer service is pitiful and the PRO version guarantees are not respected. In fact, the site states that a refund is possible within 14 days if the plugin doesn’t meet your needs. The day after our purchase, we contacted customer service to obtain a refund, as the plugin did not meet the needs of the site we had developed. After 60 days and more than 12 emails sent, we only got one response, and then nothing. We were never reimbursed for our purchase.
Obviously, I’ll change my mind if the refund is respected.
