 * 1.44 hints that it will be neccessary to install Pirate Forms.
 * Does this also apply if I am using Contact Forms 7?

 * Nope, you can still use CF7. We just recommend Pirate Forms over CF7 since it
   allows us to directly style it like we wish.

 * Hello,
    I’d like to use Pirate Forms. The problem however is, that Pirate Forms
   keeps sending multiple emails for every single submission. Is there any way how
   to solve this issue?
