    Last ticket no. 1985 Pipe Mailing is creating new ticket everytime
   even when it is replied with ticket id is maintained in subject.
 * Constructive Feedback : your ticket replies carries all the links to rate you
   on twitter. etc. but does not have link to go to support ticketing webpage. It
   is good idea to have the there.
