    Hi,

<strong>XML feed: Up to date • Successfully generated 47 seconds ago - Wrote 0 products to feed file</strong>
Remote feed setup: Product feed configured for ingestion on Pinterest
Remote sync status: Feed ingestion failed. • Last attempt: 19 hours ago - Pinterest returned: Your feed file has an XML formatting issue. Make sure you are not missing a tag.

Please assist. I have gone through all documentation and sync seems fine but it says 0 catalog products on website

    Hey @bkhanal

    Hope you are doing well!

Can you first check the following:

List of products that should not be present on the feed (XML)
    – Grouped Products
    – Hidden (1.0.9 or later) /private/draft products
    – Products on trash
    – Out-of-stock products will be excluded if Woo settings is checked. https://<url>/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=products&section=inventory
    – Parent products of the variable product (only should be present the variables)
    – Free or 0 price products
    – Subscription products

    Best,
    Christian

    Hi,

There are lot of products in the business. Most of them are variable products and meets all the criteria (are in stock, aren’t hidden or grouped).

    Hey @bkhanal ,

try to check the following link conflict test on a Staging site, could be some plugin or even the Theme you are using. We need to isolate the problem first.

If you can’t find the issue, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.

    Best,
    Christian

    Hey there,

Since we haven’t heard back from the OP in a while, I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Best,
    Christian
