    Hi there,

    Wondering if anyone can help on this one. I have been using Feed Them Social for ages and suddenly, my pinterest feeds are no longer working. I checked the plugin and keep seeing this error:

    Oh No something’s wrong. Authorization failed.. Please try again, if you are still having troulbes please contact us on our Support Forum.

    I’ve repeated tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin along with revoking and re-giving access to my pinterest. Not sure what else I can do… Any help would be great. This feeds to my homepage.

    Hi @skywingknights,

    We are aware of an issue with the Pinterest boards & feeds. We are working hard on a fix at this time.

    Update: We have identified the issue affecting Pinterest and we are awaiting their response. We hope to have our Pinterest boards & feeds restored shortly. We will send you another update upon resolution. Again, thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.

    Hi,

    I am having the same issue. Please do share the solution when available.

    Thanks

    Same error for weeks now with no solution! Please help get this fixed. I was thinking of upgrading to pro, but if it takes this long to fix issues that break a page then it may be time to just switch plugins.

    To all,

    We do regret this down time and wish we could do more to speed up the time it takes to get the Pinterest feed working again. We are at the mercy of their development team at this time while our APP is in it’s approval process. It’s been there a little over a week now, we are hoping to hear something anytime now. Keep everyone posted and thanks for your patience if you decide to stick with us 🙂

    @skywingknights @asimshazhad @jtracy,

    We are still at the mercy of Pinterest, however, we have received an update, which I am passing along to you.

    This was a reply we received from Pinterest yesterday after inquiries as to the hold up. We are really hoping they get to it next week as we have many unhappy users right now.

    From Pinterest:

    I checked your app ID and it looks like your app is not approved yet. While your app is not approved, your rate limit will be 10 calls per hour per token and you won’t be able to authenticate users who aren’t collaborators or testers of your app.

    So sorry about the delay here, there is a large backlog of app approvals that the team is working through right now. They’ll get back when they can, but right now we don’t have an ETA. We’re working with them to try and get through the backlog and hope to get you a decision soon.

    Since this Pinterest issue arose, we have tried to keep our affected users updated. We very much appreciate your patience and we will continue to provide you updates regarding this Pinterest issue.

    Best regards,

    THANK YOU for the update(s). It is greatly appreciated.

    @benxy20gylinxu,

    We still have not heard back from Pinterest since they told us we were in a long line for APP re-approval. Once we hear back from Pinterest, in any way, we will let our users know.

    Wish we had better news, as we all could certainly use some right about now.

    Best regards,
