Pinoy pop-up on Exit Plugin not able to see into dashbord

I have activated the “Pinoy Pop-up on Exit” wordpress plugin. But it is not able to appear into the wordpress. I am using Radious 1.1 Theme and WordPress 3.5.1
Please help me.
