pingdom speed – replacing wprocket with lscwp

Hi

I uninstalled WP Rocket and Installed yr plugin, but my pingdom page speed has increased from 1.5s (WPR) to around 2.5s (LSCWP).

The instalation is correct, and in reality the site is equally fast, but pingdom page speed still loads AT least 1 second slwoer an usually even more.

Hi,

I see , the issue is your server is not correctly setup the cache root , which means you were basically comparing cached page vs non-cached page.

May I know what is your server environment ?

Is it VPS/dedicated server or shared hosting ?

I am on shared hosting.

I assume it’s cPanel ? if so , you should relay this article to them

Add the following Apache-style configuration directive in your application level document root .htaccess file to enable cache lookup.

<IfModule LiteSpeed>
CacheLookup public on
</IfModule>

This goes into my .htaccess? or is this for the server too?

Hi,

This part is managed by Cache plugin , so you should not bother about .htaccess

the important part is server side configuration.
