# Pingbacks in Comments?

 * Hi everyone, I keep getting pingbacks in my comments everytime I link from my
   site to another subdomain of my site. Here is an example:
 * [http://dlspot.waterblogged.be/?p=8#comments](http://dlspot.waterblogged.be/?p=8#comments)
 * How can I disable this?
 * Thanks!

 * If you’re using Spam Karma 2, I bet you could blacklist yourself so that the 
   pingbacks get marked as spam.
 * Alternately, you could just disable “Attempt to notify any Weblogs linked to 
   from the article (slows down posting.)” in Options -> Discussion.
