    Hi @kayvon00

I tested your page on Android, and it seems to be working just fine.
Let’s try to check for any existing conflicts; if the problem persists, we might need to create a bug report about it.

1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.

2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.

3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

Please let us know how it goes.
    We are happy to help!

thank you for the quick response. I turned off all my plugins and still behaves erratically. frankly I am not as adept in wordpress and not sure how to test another theme, I am afraid of messing up what I have. I am using an Avada theme currently. you mentioned you tested on android, may I ask that you look at it on an ipad or iPhone please since that is where it is not working for me? I am hoping you see it, will trigger a remedy hopefully. Thank you for your time.

    addendum to my last comment:
I just confirmed, as you mentioned it works fine on Android. so at least our definition of “it works fine” is the same. I just need to figure out what to do on apple products. look forward to hearing from you.

    Hello @kayvon00

Thank you so much for taking the time to write us back.
To replicate and test that in those devices, we need a bug report to share that back to the development team.

Could you please fill this form?
    https://www.imagely.com/report-bug/.

Be as specific as possible and let them know Gaby referred you.
    Many thanks!

Thank you Gaby, I submitted a ticket. I may have omitted your name however. once I submitted the ticket I got an email to create a password which I did. but no ticket is showing up there. I hope that I have followed the protocols. I appreciate your patience.

    Hi @kayvon00

Thank you so much for sharing. That new account is for our ticket platform.
We noticed that the current lightbox Effect looks pretty different from the one we have by default. So it seems that we need to re-visit checking for conflicts.

Please, perform a full website backup and then try the following steps:

1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

Do not worry, you can re-activate all your plugins and your theme.

Let us know how it goes.

We are happy to share with the rest of the community that the solution to the problem in this thread is to turn off the Lightbox option on the Avada Theme.
Thank you so much for sharing, We’ll mark this thread as “resolved”.
