Pinch and Zoom?

Want to install, and would be more than happy to pay for this or any program, if it is actually “responsive.”

So, my questions:

1. Can a visitor zoom and pinch pictures?

2. Do pictures automatically scale to fit the screen of the device, including tablets, and “phablets” (Note 3 for example)

3. Is it possible to have a simple slider mode, without the (awful, in my opinion) pop-up slideshow thing? What I’m looking for is thumbnails, which, when touched on touch-screen, enlarge to fit the screen, and then respond to swipes to move to next or previous in the album. Does your program work this way?

I don’t seem to be able to find a simple, elegant gallery plugin which works on mobile devices without either taking forever to load, or not responding properly, or at all, to touch screen gestures.
