Is there actually ANY support for this plugin ???????

I also cleared the cache and disabled the cache plug-in but still not showing.

I followed the info here Bluchic theme: http://help.bluchic.com/setup-jquery-pin-it-button-for-images/
and changed the first setting ‘.jpibfi_container img’ to ‘img’ and it works fine now.
Okay, so the issue here is that the theme (or one of the plugins, but I’m pretty sure it’s the theme) adds a sort of an overlay to all images. This overlay prevents the hover event (which the show “on hover” feature is based on) from firing thus preventing the “pin” button from showing up. Unfortunately, nothing (except changing the theme) can be done about it in the free version.
In the paid version there’s the “show always” option which works differently and should work just fine with single images. Not sure about those sliders though (and there are quite a lot of them on the website).
if i purchase the pro and it doesn’t work on the sliders can i get a refund ?
Also is there a way to remove the pinit from the logo at the top of the page ? I’ve added ‘logo’ to css classes but it doesn’t work ?

I took a second look at the sliders and am pretty sure they won’t work with the PRO version (there’s no good way to handle sliders without strict integration).
Removing the button from the logo is possible using the selector setting. I’ve checked the website and there’s no image with ‘logo’ class, so adding it to the disabbled classes won’t change anything.
Which is the selector setting and what do i put into it to remove button from logo ?

I don’t see the plugin running on the website so I can’t figure out the proper value for the image selector setting (which is in selection settings).

OK it’s active now.
When you look at the logo at the top can you also look at the vote.jpg on the home page too as I want to remove it from there as well and let me know which is the selector setting and how to configure it.
I can use the hover on the slider pics only by positioning pin to center but at least it works.
I notice that the hover doesn’t work on cell phones for my site ? The pin appears if you click the image and then doesn’t go away ?

In Selection tab, there’s the Image Selector setting. Please change it to:
.jpibfi_container img, .featImage img
that should fix most issues. If you want to target the vote img, change the selector to:
.jpibfi_container img, .featImage img:not(a[href="http://www.whodoido.com/our-first-ever-poll-get-your-votes-in/"] img)
Hover, generally speaking, on cell phones works pretty much randomly, depending on the phone’s OS. That’s why I added “show always” to the Pro version.
