Pin it button not showing thumbnails on e-commerce pages
-
I’m using the shopp plugin for e-commerce on my blog. The pinterest button works fine on my blog posts (other than not showing the pin count). But in my shop (which is part of my blog), when you click on the pin-it button, the dialog box that shows up shows a bunch of blank boxes that say “preferred image”. Or there are boxes with colored horizontal bands going across half the box where the image should be. If you click on one of the blank boxes to chose it, then sometimes it shows the image to pin. But, you don’t know which one you are going to get.
I am wondering if it has to do with the size of the images–my product pages create very small thumbnails–maybe it’s trying to pull the small thumbnails instead of the actual image.
I had been using a different plugin for pinterest along with addthis, and it worked fine in my shop. How can I get the addthis pinterest button to work properly so I don’t have to ue 2 plugins for this?
Thanks!
