PIN and entries not listed.

Some sites ask to create a PIN. Other of my sites don’t. Why is that? After creating a PIN on the sites that ask for it, I add the yubi key. But it’s not appearing in the list. So I cannot remove it or change it.

When I try to re-add it, because it looks like it’s not there, it says the key is already registered. So how do I manage the key if it’s not listed anywhere?

I added my key to a test account first. Now I need to remove it from the test account, because I cannot add it to my real admin account. If I try, it says, key is already registered.
