 * This seems to offer a lot of what I need for a client, but this is the second
   day in a row, I’ve gone to your tutorial, gotten past one lesson and then your
   site goes down. It’s very frustrating.

   having issues with our website. We just installed a new firewall, so I’m guessing
   that’s the issue. Are you unable to access certain pages, or do you have to refresh
   a few times before you can see the page again.

 * Thanks for the quick response. It came back up just a few minutes ago but was
   probably unreachable for half an hour or more. I wasn’t able to access anything
   inside the piklist.com domain. Even after refreshes. I was able to ping the site
   and run a complete traceroute, so I would bet you’re correct about the firewall.
   I also cleared my DNS cache.
 * It’s working now, so I wish there was more information I could provide, but if
   there’s anything in your logs between 2:00-2:45 PM EST, maybe that could provide
   some more insight?
