    I am truly sorry to hear that. We take great pride in our plugin and to hear that it has not worked for you is very troubling. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to see what is going wrong and to rectify the situation. We believe that if 1 person is having issues, there must be others, so in fixing the issue for you we will be helping hundreds of other users.

    If you would be so kind, please let us know what version of WordPress you are using, what version of PHP your server uses (if you know) and what other plugins you have installed.

    Mahmudul,

    We have just deployed a new version of the plugin which should resolve any issues you were having. We believe that some servers running older versions of PHP were having an issue with some of our code. We have updated it to work with these older versions and would love a second chance to earn your trust and business.

    If you do try our plugin again, we would love to hear if it has worked for you, and if not, what errors you receive so we may investigate them.

    I cannot offer that type of support on this forum; however, have you made sure that you have populated your pixel id in the settings? Can you provide me with a link to your site so I can confirm the pixel is truly not being sent?
