Hi, when you send me a support request? By mail or on my forum? May be I missed it, but as you can see on my site I try to respond to every request.
Second, have you entered the export section of the subscribers panel and do an export? Does the file generated is empty?
It should be if your subscriber has gone away, but I'm pretty sure the problem is elsewhere since the plugin does not delete any subscriber.
And from the subscriber search panel, did you press the "search" button, checking before that any other filter is not set? Please do no press enter, just click the search button.
