Picturesurf Gallery Install issue

    Hi we have added the Picturesurf Gallery plugin and made sure that the correct folders are CHMOD 777 but we get the following error below when creating a new post. We have searched for a solution but have come up blank.

    Any help would be greatly appriciated

    Hi

    Unfortunately as the error messages tell – you server is setup the way it do not allow connection to external resources.
    This is critical feature required for the plugin to work.

    Try asking your server administrator this question:

    Could you enable my PHP installation to access external files via URL.
    I assume there is PHP.ini setting named “allow_url_fopen” that needs to be enabled.
    Here I’ve got this message when php function was trying to access remote server:

    I need this to create picture galleries via plugin at my WP blog.
