More than likely it’s a problem with GoDaddy, the webhost; they can be very problematic. Ask them to check your server. That’s about all you can do.

Or it’s a theme problem. But you’re using a premium/paid theme, so it’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme http://themeforest.net/user/WebinCode/portfolio for help with issues. These forums are for themes available in the WordPress theme directory at wordpress.org/extend/themes/.

If you can’t do the work yourself, consider looking for a reputable person to fix it correctly on jobs.wordpress.net or freelancing sites such as Elance. (It’s not a good idea to respond to unsolicited emails from forum users offering to work for you.)
