pictures uploaded are not deleted from the server when changed on the front end

Hi,

I’m interested to buy an extensions bundle, but I’ve discovered that the pictures uploaded from the “image upload field” are not deleted from the server when changed on the front end. That’s a pity because after several days of use by the user you end up with a lot of pictures that will never be seen again by the user.

It will be really nice to change this and thus when the user hit the cross button in the aim to change the pictures, to really delete the photo from the server.

Is the new premium extension “Users photos” work the same way?
