    Hello there!

I made a WordPress Site using the Avada Theme. So far so good. Now I see, that in Safari the pictures are not shown. (On other browsers, there is no problem.) I don´t use special characters in the name so this should be safe. I also reuploaded the pictures and gave them other names. Same problem.
Anybody an idea, what my mistake is?

    The homepage is http://www.a1-rollgerueste.de

Many thanks in advance and greetings from germany,
    Nick

Have you tried switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

I visited your site on my Mac Pro with Safari v 10.0.2 and I noticed pictures and images properly displayed . Maybe you should update your browser version . Or …

Have you tried Clearing History and Remove All data in Privacy / Manage Website Data in Safari Browser ? There’s also a more sophisticated method of removing all web caches via a developer tool found in the Browser , should you require that route .

Thanks for your reply. The problem was the domain. Safari had problems with the a1-rollgerüste.de. As soon as I changed it to a1-rollgerueste.de everything worked fine. So I will avoid that in the future! 🙂

I wish you a good weekend!

oh my goodness ! Safari cannot handle umlauts ?! I guess this is what happens when Cupertino dissolved the MacOS Dev Team and merged it with the iOS guys 🙁
