Pictures not showing correctly

Hello,

On my page – http://www.fmslovakia.com – after update to 3.8 and theme update I have encountered a few problems and I can not solve them myself.
First on the index page of this page is the header – Somehow it is cut off on the bottom and I don´t know what to edit, to shoe the whole header picture. Where to edit and what?

And second problem is here – http://fmslovakia.com/downloads/logopacks/fm-slovakia-button-logos/ or in the whole downloads section of the page.
When editing the page, I see the thumbnails of the picture in one line. But when I publish it, the pcitures are like they are now – each picture under each other in one column. Can you please give me some advice, how to fix it?
