    Absolutely… I am assuming you are refering to the bluish border at the bottom of images? If so, this is found in the image styling for the theme which can be found around line 653 and looks like this:

    .img-intro img,
    .img-intro-left img,
    .img-intro-right img,
    .img-intro-none img,
    .img-full-left img,
    .img-full-right img,
    .img-full-none img,
    .imageborder,
    .contact-image img,
    .entry-attachment img,
    img.alignnone,
    img.alignright,
    img.alignleft,
    img.aligncenter,
    div.wp-caption img {
    	border-bottom:8px solid #78a5b6;
    }

    Each line above is an image depending on where the class is being used, but the border bottom of 8px, solid, and the colour of #78a5b6 is what adds the border to the bottom of images.

    If you decide to change this, I recommend (as does WordPress) using a child theme so that you can make theme updates when available without erasing any core theme file modifications.

    If you are just wanting to change the colour, this can be done by going to the theme’s customizer and clicking on the Colour tab, scrolling down to the colour selector labeled as Image Border.

    The customizer is found by going to the main dashboard of your admin and clicking on the big button that says “Customize Your Site”. The other is to go to Appearance >> Themes >> and clicking on the text link labeled “Customize” next to the active theme’s thumbnail image.
