I created two new posts and the pictures show up on the post, but you cant see them from the home page like the others. website: http://www.hendrixsalvage.com

Shortcodes are not processed in excerpts. That is a wp limitation.

I believe all the posts are setup the same with the pictures, but only the latest 2 that i added are having the picures not showing up issue.

Do you mean that this image: http://hendrixsalvage.com/wp-content/themes/ColdStone/timthumb.php?src=http://hendrixsalvage.com/gallery/100_0601.JPG&h=62&w=62&zc=1&q=100 is visible and a corresponding images on Recycling today magazine… and Fox 10: Phoenix… are not there?

Well if so, the image http://hendrixsalvage.com/wp-content/themes/ColdStone/timthumb.php?src=http://hendrixsalvage.com/gallery/100_0601.JPG&h=62&w=62&zc=1&q=100 is not an image from this plugin, so i can not help you with this issue.
