    Hi there,

I have just installed it, emptied the cache several times and reloaded but the plugin is not working.
It all looks very small and cramped and if you go on the picture nothing happens.

I am running on the latest WP version and have installed the latest plugin version as well.

Could you please advise what to do?

    Kind regards,
    Sabine

  • Hello,
It appears to be an issue with either the theme or a plugin that is installed on your site.

The FontAwesome icons are being changed from font icons to SVGs which is breaking the styling of the captcha. The icons are still clickable and working, but because the styling is set up for the font icons and not SVGs, there is no styling indication that an icon has been selected or hovered over.

Are you using any special plugins that have to do with FontAwesome?
I see you are using the Bard theme?
I will look closer at that theme and see if they have any special functionality to convert icons to svgs.

    That’s great, thank you
But I can also try a different template 🙂

    right,
I tried the “Ashe” template and it works perfectly well there!
So the fault was definitely with the template (not that I had any doubts!)
Nifty wee thing, I like it!
    Thank you!!

Fallback styling has been added as of version 2.4.5 in the event that a plugin or theme converts the icons from a webfont to SVG’s.
