Picture Rotation on Title Screen

I am currently responsible for managing the account for walkaboutAT.com while the owner, Andy Myers is walking the Appalachian Trail. He will be consistently posting from his iPhone and the trouble is when he uploads photos, the title screen shows the photos flipped horizontally. When I log in to WordPress to fix the issue, the editing screen shows the picture properly aligned, vertically.
How do we fix this so that the title screen shows the picture the correct way?
