• I am quite happy with the concept of this plugin.

    I just write to report a bug I have found.

    The plugin used to share links and pictures (in linkedin, twitter and facebook) with no issues. Suddently, one day, I discovered that picture sharing started to fail in all platforms. So, during the last months, the plugin is only sharing the posts that include links. And I receive an email reporting the fail when it tries to share a post with pictures.

    The error is always the same:
    (Translation: ups, it seems there is an issue with your image. Could you upload a new one?)

    However, if I share these images directly from Buffer, it works perfectly.

    I will appreciate your help with this issue.

    @phasar40 we’ve reached out to the original poster via another support ticket straight from our website asking for more details as we can’t replicate the issue, but haven’t heard back after so I think this one can be closed.

    There must have been a misunderstanding here. I replied to you by email twice. As you did not answered, I posted it here again waiting for an answer.

    The event is far from resolved. It continues to happen. When I try to publish the same content from Buffer it works perfectly. However, it does not work from your wordpress plugin. From the wordpress plugin only the posts with links are shared, but not the posts with images.

    I will appreciate if you can reopen and solve this issue. I spent hundreds of hours creating posts (with images) and they are not shared any more.

    @electroagenda, mmm, that’s super weird. Okay, let’s keep the thread open and try to find a solution. I will send you another email from our support system to see if we can plan a small call to debug your installation and figure out where it is going wrong.
