    Hello,
    I have tested Stencil with a picture that I saved in the Media folder. There are not errors but the picture is not placed. I work with the latest free Elementor version 3.0.5. With other pictures I don’t have problems.
    Sorry, I don’t have on online URL. I’m work and test on local host environment.
    Thanks in advance for any hints or help.

    Could you provide a screenshot?
    Could you also try turning Elementor off and seeing if that affects things at all?

    Yes, through support@getstencil.com.
    In fact, there is really a problem when images are created and saved by Stencil. This seems not be compatible with Elementor.
    Because, when I modify this images within the Media folder and save it again, then I can use this same image without problems in Elementor.
    I sended you the same explanation in an email message with some screen captures in attachment.
    So, indeed, there is a problem when images are saved with Stencil. Elementor doesn’t show them.

    Hi,
    I have discoverd that this problem only appears on Windows IIS OS systems.
    I sended this also by email but didn’t got any usefull reply on that issue.
    I see that you mention this problem as “Resolved” but for me that’s NOT the case!
    Please, there are more Windows users that are interested in your plugin.

    I’ll get to it later today, but I needed to mark this as resolved here since we’re handling it on support. If possible, please only respond to the support ticket, as it makes it hard to jump back and forth.

    This is not good support. Say that you will answer me privately and then finally say that my problem is not a priority. And then say here that this ticket is solved and closed. This does not helping me either. You don’t care about my issue because I’m a free user.
    Indeed, this not good publicity.
    I will no longer recommend your product to anyone.
    Unless you follow it up honestly.
