# Picture Button Help

 * Hello All,
 * I’m after an effect which is similar to the one on this web page :
    [http://www.steelcitypromotions.co.uk](http://www.steelcitypromotions.co.uk)
 * It’s the effect that they have on their buttons for the about us, recent events
   and showreel.
 * I’m after a hover or button effect, where I can display a picture, with a heading
   under it, and when you hover the description appears.
 * Anyone got any ideas as I have been looking around for hours on Google and here,
   and I can’t quite find what I am looking for.

 * I’ve not personally tried this plugin before, but it may do the trick for what
   you are after. I think you’re looking for tooltips. This plugin looks to be up
   to date and seems to have the ability to add images as well. Hope this helps 
   some!
