    Hi – Whilst setting up Shiftee and testing various scenarios I have noticed an issue around picking up unassigned shifts.

    If I add a shift and don’t assign a user, then with a shiftee employee, go to a page with the tag [unassigned_shifts] I can click the ariel button and pick up the shift, a mail will be sent to the employee and admin, however if they click in to see the shift details there is a button there to also pick the shift up, if I select this the shift gets assigned but not to the employee that selected it, it doesn’t get assigned to any employees just left with a status assigned, the admin get a mail but the employee doesn’t, please can you advise what I am doing wrong?

    That sounds like it is probably a bug. I will investigate.

    This is a feature of Shiftee, the paid add-on to Shiftee Basic. In the future, you can request support for Shiftee directly: https://shiftee.co/contact/ We answer Shiftee support requests much faster than Shiftee Basic support requests.
