You should search for name “stickytooling” as we are the ones who sent the request. Not via my clients email.

Okay, we searched and found the support ticket to our spam/junk folder. There are thousand and thousand spam emails we got everyday because the support page is public that’s why your support ticket was missing to check. Don’t understand or very strange why the email going to the spam folder instead of the regular inbox!
We reactive the support ticket and hopefully you will get a response within a short period of time. And sorry for the misunderstanding between us and that is not intensional.
