    1. 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3 are still in active development. 7.3 is best, if your host supports it. (Note: I moved my server from 7.2 to 7.3 yesterday and it turned out to be a non-event. EVERYTHING works!)

    2. What do you mean by “the wrong plugin”?

    3. Number of files? Huh?

    4. If your DB goes up and down, then there’s something wrong with your hosting. You need to talk to them as they have access to the database server logs. If you want to verify your database tables, see https://www.a2hosting.com/kb/cpanel/cpanel-database-features/optimizing-and-repairing-mysql-databases-with-phpmyadmin

    EDIT:

Looking at the post title (number of processes are full), I’m wondering about how your site is hosted. What are the details of your hosting?
