 * Hello —
 * I am trying to install wordpress. I am at step 2 of the phpmyadmin part in the
   installation manual. Here is the step:
 * _Click the Home icon in the upper left to return to the main page, then click
   Privileges. If a user relating to WordPress does not already exist in the list
   of users, create one: _
 * I cannot find anything called “privileges.” The phpmyadmin version is 2.9.0.2.
   There is a section that says:
 * _Create new database:
    No Privileges
 * Am I doing something wrong here? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

 * You proberly reached the limit of db’s you can create.
    You might want to use
   the old on, with other prefix 😉

 * Also note, the cPanel hosts, if that’s what your are using, don’t give you access
   to Privileges in phpMyAdmin. You assign privileges in the cPanel Mysql screen.

 * I only have 1 db, so too many dbs isn’t the problem.
 * I am using cpanel, and I did the thing where you go to mysql dbs: manage users,
   and I assigned all privileges to the blog. Is there something else I’m forgetting?

 * Since you have cPanel, it is in cPanel where you assign User and their privileges,
 * [Using_cPanel](http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_cPanel) has a good explanaton
   also.
