# phpmyadmin help cannont create a new database

 * My server uses phpmyadmin to run the database. It is telling me to login to create
   a database, so I log in but all i get is a blank page with a purple bar across
   the top with my domain name on the left and and button for the control panel 
   on the left (when i click on this, it brings me back to a page in my web host)
 * Supposedly there are supoosed to be a whole bunch of options here inlcuding one
   to create a database. Why is there nothing here?

 * If you have a problem you need to contact your host. phpmyadmin is used for managing
   your databases, not creating them.

   You most certainly can create databases from within phpmyadmin; you must, however,
   be granted the proper permissions to do so.

    db_create.php:
   Missing parameter: db
