 * I need to get my site to allow for larger upload to install my template, my host
   godaddy linux is not providing me with such file, and through googleing i have
   been told that i have to create my own php5.ini file
 * i came across this post that is way over a year old but has the file i need, 
   only problem is that it doesn’t explain how to find out where you get the info
   to make the tweaks he suggest

 * if anyone could suggest what i can do to get this info so that i can make the
   changes, and get things rolling i would be extremely greatfull!@
