 * I am trying to locate “php.ini” so I can increase the size of the video I can
   upload to the blog. Can someone please let me know where it file is located?

 * However, the size of my video upload is restricted by my blog (WordPress, 8MB?),
   not my web host. My Web Host allows me 10GB and no limit on each upload. Do I
   still ask my Web Host?

 * I think the largest file I have is 90MB. I uploaded it via ftp and put it into
   wp with html. Works fine. For large files, using the insert image is too slow.

 * I ended up not uploading video. My webmaster showed me how to upload video using
   FileZilla. I was able to upload a large video (I do not remember the exact size),
   but the video is VERY slow on my blog. Too slow to use.
 * I ended up uploading the video to Youtube and then embedding it in my blog. Works
   great – look great and very fast.
 * Not sure if it is of anyhelp to anyone, but the issue for me no longer exists.
