What is the easiest way to integrate a phpBB forum onto a wordpress page having your header and footer still on it? Any help is appreciated.

Never heard of an easy way to use the wordpress header/footer or template. Would like to know of one. The “Easy way” would be to use an iframe. Otherwise it can be a fair amount of work if you want dynamic integration.
I prefer to use BBpress or SimplePress for forums with wordpress. Much simpler. Especially integrating the database.

Gee Shane. You keep posting a repl,y after mine. But it also appears like you never read the original posts. Your link won’t help with their request to integrate the header/footer.

    Here is from your link:
Now that we have our back ends integrated, layout is next. It’s a pity, however, that there doesn’t seem to be a step-by-step guide on how to do this. So, for now, you’re on your own on this.
    And for PHPBB specifically:
there doesn’t seem to be any guides on integrating phpBB as a conventional forum solution for WP (e.g. just combining user accounts, authentication, etc.) nor one on layout integration.

Is there a contest on here for number of posts?
