• We had both of these working fine. Then recently moved our site to a new web host. And now, while both of these are still working separately they now won’t work together on the same page.

Anyone have any idea why this could be?

I’ve looked for simple conflicts as the phpbb plugin is quite basic but can’t find anything as yet.

  • How do I get off this thread? I thought I closed it but am still getting emails?

You’re not on this thread. I do see a thread of yours here:

BTW, you can’t “close” threads – only mark them resolved.

This is my thread, get your own 😉

Are you subscribed to all threads for this plugin maybe?

Most likely it’s a script conflict. Did you update any plugins or your theem at the same time you moved?

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

No all plugins and settings were the same once transferred. I tried disabling them and adding them in different order to see if this made a difference but it didn’t.

The other plugin is php based and doesn’t use any outside scripts – its seems the slider stops it connecting to the database somehow.

I have found another plugin that the slider doesn’t conflict with so its not too bad an issue for me now, though it would be nice to go back to the original if possible.

Was the phpbb recent posts widget before or after the slider?
