 * This plugin works but I have trouble with encoding caracters : my phpBB forum
   is in ISO-8859-1 and my WP is in UTF-8 so that my caracters from the forum subject
   are bad encoded with �.
    Any idea to transform my phpbb subject in my WP page
   in UTF-8
