    Hi @antoiub

    As a follow on to this, we are receiving check out errors for users that have accepted the Cookies.

    When a cart payment SUBMIT action is made and payment processing is transferred to WorldPay the page crashes.

    We have deactivated the plugin for the time being until a fix can be provided. Is it possible to access previous revisions of the plugin while we are waiting for a fix?

    Thank you for your message.

    We haven’t made any recent changes related to checkout or payment handling, so this issue might be caused by an integration conflict.

    Have you tried disabling the integrations one by one under Complianz > Integrations > Plugins/Services to see if one of them is causing the crash? This could help narrow things down and speed up the troubleshooting process.

    Since this appears to be a completely different issue, I kindly ask you to open a new thread. That way, we can keep each topic organized and easier to follow.

    Hi @antoiub

    Currently we have the Complianz plugin turned off because of the issues being caused. It has been running smoothly for several weeks without issues. Only since the update 2 days ago have we had problems.

    Once we get the next plugin update then we can look at the Integration settings.
