When enable the HTML minify and it will keep getting a lot of warning at error.log .

What do you have inside the textbox under: Performance > Minify > HTML & XML –> Ignored comment stems ?

Is it empty? If so you might want to just add some non-existent name in the box. My guess is this should stop the warnings.
